Fillets of anchovies from Cetara, hand selected, salted and filleted. The entire process is done exclusively by hand. Crispy fillets, with firm flesh without skin and thorns. Intense scent of sea with a pleasant taste. They are excellent both alone and in combination with sauces, salads or delicious croutons. Prepared with our Extra Virgin Fruity and Sweet Oil.
