Wine-making process
Grapes 100% Aglianico del Vulture. Hand harvested in the first part of October, followed by soft pressing, maceration for 2 days and vinification at controlled temperature. Maturation takes place in natural volcanic barrels and aging in oak barrels for 12 months.
