The hot cirasellas are the result of a special recipe of hot peppers cut into small pieces, processed in sweet and sour and preserved in our Saporito Olive Oil. From an ancient recipe of the Pace Family: They are suggested for the seasoning of first courses, croutons, soups and meats.
