The artichokes of the “Violetto” variety, typical of Basilicata region, are processed within 48 hours from the harvest and preserved in our Saporito Olive Oil. They are particularly recommended as a side dish or as an ingredient for the preparation of pasta and risotto dishes.
Ingredients fresh artichokes 60%, olive oil 39%, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), salt. Corrector of acidity: citric acid, ascorbic acid. May contain nuts. N.B. the ingredients in bold may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people.
