The data processed may be

1. Acquired by Frantoio Pace from companies authorized to collect and sell data for commercial purposes or acquired from public telephone directories. The data processor is Dr. Rocco Pace, Legal Representative of the company Frantoio Oleario F.lli PACE Srl. The person in charge may appoint sub-responsible for the individual tasks of interest to the company.

In any case, the identification data of the purchaser (name, surname, company name, social security number, address, telephone number) are indispensable for the conclusion of the purchase via web or telephone and the subsequent delivery of the product at the consumer’s home. In case of purchase via web is essential also the communication of an e-mail address.

Promotional activities and questionnaires with statistical surveys

Sending by Mail and Email. The data provided by the customer at the time of purchase may be used to send them information and promotion materials and questionnaires for statistical surveys anonymously related to products purchased or services.
