  1. Exclusivity of the products.
    The products of Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace are not available in shops and supermarkets, the sale is directed to final consumers, families and restaurants.
  1. Shipping costs.
    For orders of less than 50.00 euros will be charged an amount of 8.00 euros as a contribution for shipping costs. For orders over 50.00 euros the delivery is free of charge throughout Italy. Shipments abroad always include a contribution for shipping costs by the customer. The customer can know the shipping costs by entering the data on the website or by contacting customer service at 800800860.

In case of special delivery services, additional costs may be requested.

Deliveries

The Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl provides home delivery (directly to the address indicated by the customer). Delivery times (unless otherwise requested by the customer) can vary from 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Deliveries throughout Italy are made by Express Courier. The Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl provides a delivery service to the floor throughout the national territory, i.e. delivery directly to the customer’s home. Transport risk management. The goods travel at the total risk of the Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl.

Methods of payment

  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron Postepay – Carta Aura);
  • Bank transfer in advance (in the order confirmation you will find the bank details);
  • PayPal;
  • Cash on delivery

In case of advance payment there is a discount of 2.00 euros.

Security of transactions

  2. TELEPHONE ORDER:

The customer can communicate his order by phone and ask if he wants to notify the order and the agreed payment by e-mail or by sms.

  1. ONLINE ORDER:

At the end of the order entry the customer receives an e-mail with the details of the order and the agreed payment method.

  1. UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

In case of unavailability of products the Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl, will promptly notify the customer who may decide whether to postpone delivery, cancel the order or receive only the products available. In case of total or partial cancellation of the order already paid, the Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl will proceed to cancel the payment received in the same terms adopted by the customer.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders placed can be cancelled at any time by contacting our toll-free number 800.800.860 or by writing to commerciale@oliopace.it.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING:

When the order is processed, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail or a text message of the shipment. Unless the customer requests not to receive any notification.

  1. ORDER STATUS CHECK:

For orders placed online, at any time the customer can access his registered area to view the order status and shipment tracking in case of delivery by express courier. For orders placed by phone, fax or mail he can contact the toll-free number 800 800 860 and ask for the status of his shipment.

  1. Recess Right.

The Customer, according to D.Lgs. 06/09/05 N°206, has the right to withdraw from the Contract and return the goods within 10/14 days after receiving the product giving notice in one of the following forms:

  • Writing to Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl – Corso Italia 8/A – 85016 Pietragalla (PZ) (Italy);
  • Writing an email to: commerciale@oliopace.it

The recess right applies only to products not consumed and returned in undamaged packaging. Once the products returned have been checked, the Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl will refund the amount due within 10 days.

  1. Guarantees granted to the customer.

It should be noted that the Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl, offers all its customers

(indiscriminately) the quality guarantee of 18 months, which goes beyond the recess right provided by law, and allows customers to take advantage of the replacement of oil not consumed.

Returns and/or replacements

Under the 18 month Money Back Guarantee, the customer can request the return and/or replacement of purchased and not consumed products. Both the return and replacement are made by courier appointed by Frantoio Oleario F.lli PACE Srl. The customer must ensure the correct packaging of the products to be returned. Once received the products the Frantoio Oleario F.lli PACE Srl will proceed to quantify the returned goods and send (according to agreements) the replacement products or refund the value to the customer in the way preferred by the customer.

  1. Complaints and reports.

Any complaints or suggestions for improvement regarding our products or our service can be made by writing to servizioclienti@oliopace.it or by calling the toll-free number 800.800.860..

  1. Data processing

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EC Reg. 679/2016, we inform you that your data have been collected from you or through databases with the purpose of sending you proposals and promotions for the purchase of our products. They are processed exclusively by us through the use of electronic and paper instruments and will not be transferred to third parties with the exception of the services used to send communications and delivery of our products. At any time you may access, update, integrate, rectify, delete, block, oppose the processing, submit a complaint to the Privacy Guarantor or request portability by contacting the data controller:
